The Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) program offered at Cypress Ranch High School is made to teach students self-discipline, leadership, fitness and character building. JROTC is an educational program to help students prepare for life skills and the military.
“JROTC helps me build character and prepares me for real life events,” freshman Connell Black said. “When I finish school, I plan on going to the Airforce.”
If you are interested in joining the military, join JROTC for preparation. JROTC comes with a lot of benefits including scholarships, career pathways in the military and preparation for other fields that can help with future opportunities.
“I joined JROTC because my father was in the military, and I want more job opportunities,” sophomore Elijah Anderson said.
Overall, JROTC offers a unique experience for students to prepare for their futures.
