The Breakfast Club took the idea of a “food drive” to a whole other level this Monday, Apr. 13. The club hosted the first-ever Humanitarian Night in the Cy Ranch auditorium at 7 P.M., where student performers entertained guests in exchange for a donation of non-perishable food items.

Many student performances graced the stage Monday night, including juniors Abby Kleutz and Roshni Thachil’s cello duet and juniors Ashley McRae and Cheyenne Rovello’s singing.

Many students in the Breakfast Club performed before an eager audience, but the entertainment wasn’t exclusive to members of the club. The night enlisted groups such as the Improv Team, the Step Team, and the Sax Squad to rock the crowd.

Overall, the night was a great way to collect cans of food while creating an atmosphere of fun.
