On  Tuesday, October 3, the Cy Ranch Mustangs Varsity Volleyball team took on the Langham Creek Lobos. The ladies are fighting hard to maintain their status as one of the more dominant teams in the district.

The Mustangs started off strong against the Lobos, but ultimately fell short by losing the next two games in the match. The Lobos seem to be having an incredible season. This inspired the Mustangs to work even harder for victory from here-on-out.The loss did not dash the Mustang’s hopes for the season. The season is still very much alive in terms of spirit and post-season goals.  In general, the Volleyball team is having a successful season overall with high hopes of making it to districts and regional.

Sabrina Sustala, a Cypress Ranch junior and player for the varsity Volleyball (shown in the image above in white)  states,” I hope that we play Langham again and beat them.”Come out and support the Lady Mustangs as they take on Cy Lakes this Friday, October 13, 2017 for their Middle School Night at home starting at 6:00.
